- Fences
- Demolitions
- Pools (above ground and in ground)
- Accessory buildings
- Electrical work
- Plumbing
- Sewer hook-ups
- Installations of heaters/wood stoves/fireplaces
- Street openings
- Curbs/sidewalk repairs and/or replacement
- Signs
- Fire code inspections
